Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness matters to us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns Window:

• Exchange: Within 14 days of receipt

• Refund: Within 10 working days of receipt

Return Requirements:
✓ Original tax invoice from the retailer
✓ Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging (including jewellery boxes and certificates)
✓ Items will undergo quality inspection and diamond verification

Important Notes:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty/incorrect – we’ll cover those returns)

• If an item shows signs of wear, tampering, or fails diamond testing:
  • No refund will be issued
  • The retailer will be notified
  • Your item will be returned to you
